About
Didem Danış completed her undergraduate studies at Bogazici University (1997) and her master at ODTU (2001). She received her doctoral degree at EHESS (Paris) in 2008 with a thesis on social networks of Iraqi transit migrants in Turkey. She teaches at Galatasaray University since 2005. She published various articles on urban sociology and international migrations.
